How can i return my order?
You have 15 days since you receive your order to make a return. 

To make a return please follow the steps bellow :

1. Login into your account

2. Go to My Orders 

3. Click on the order you wish to return

4. Click on "Return"

5. Fill the return form and choose between switching for another product, money back or credit into your Vegas account to use later;

6. Please include the form in the package you want to return;

7. Send it to Vegas Cosmetics address;  

Which products can I return? 
It will only be accepted products which were not used or haven't their seal broken and aren't damage in any form. 

Can I exchange the products I got for others? 
Yes! You can exchange the products, if you wish to exchange the products please know that all shipping costs are payed by the customer.

Who pays for the return costs?
All returns costs are payed by the customer.

How  returns are made?
After we receive your return into our warehouse it will be evaluated regarding product conditions, after it will only be accepted products that were received in the same condition that were inicially shipped.

How do i get refunded? 
Refund is made throught the same method of payment.
